 BLOOD SEDIMENTATION ANALYZER "Russian Technological Association Ltd" presents the Multi-channel Blood Sedimentation Analyzer™ (BSA , Photo 4-1) - a full programmable photometrical device allows to measure the intensity (velocity) of the blood sedimentation reaction simultaneously proceeded in the up to 150 similar capillaries Photo 4-2. Every capillary keeps the identical assay of the human blood but includes different additives influenced on the processes of the erythrocytes sedimentation. During the measuring process every capillary passed trough the measuring volume given number of time and the information about the linear coordinate of the broad between the blood and the lymph inside of capillary is determined automatically by the measuring unit and fixed in the PC memory. The followed comparison with the control assay (or assays) without any additive is produced by PC with special software to tap the factors influenced on the dynamic of the sedimentation. The block with capillaries and measuring unit can be placed by different angels at the horizon to determine the factor of the gravitation.
Constructed especially for the blood sedimentation analyzing in capillaries , the BSA system can be successfully used for the measuring of the dynamical processes running in different two-phase biological or chemical liquids and connected with the creating or moving of the broad between different phases as well as for the determination of the changing of the liquids transparency along the volume inside of every capillary during fixed time. The number of capillaries as well as their form can be changed by request.
